After completing the registration form you will receive a notification e-mail with a proforma invoice and payment instructions. The registration fee should be paid directly to the Hungarian Biophysical Society. After the payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the invoice.
Bank transfer expenses are not included in the registration fee. Remittance should be free of charge to receiver.

Registration fees includes the following services
Admission to the scientific program: oral presentations, poster sessions and exhibition

Coffee and refreshment during the breaks
Coffee and refreshments will be available in the lobby of the Conference venue during coffee breaks as indicated in the program.
Meal
23-25 August 2022 - one main meal per day will be served in the restaurant of the Conference venue as indicated in the program.
26 August 2022 - lunchbox will be provided to the participants.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Reimbursement upon cancellation and refund requests are considered on an individual basis. Requests must be submitted to the Organizing Committee by email: rbc2022@aok.pte.hu
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be sent to every participant by e-mail after the conference.
